The Process

STEP 1

Contact us at hello@bromjoy.com or with the initial consultation tool below. Our team will promptly respond for a free consultation.

STEP 2

If you select Brom + Joy for your gifting needs following the initial consultation, a design deposit is required, which will be deducted from the total cost. At this step we will begin curating a custom design.

STEP 3

We present our custom gift design and iterate until its perfect. Once you sign off on the design we will begin building! You provide names, addresses and a message for the handwritten note that comes in each box.

STEP 4

Boxes are assembled and mailed to gift recipients or delivered directly in the Southern California region.
