The Process
Step One
Submit the contact form below or email hello@bromjoy.com
It is helpful if you can provide details like need date, number of gifts as well as if you would like to order items from the Holiday catalog or do a custom option.
Step Two
We will respond to your request promptly and schedule an initial consultation.
If you decide to move forward after the consultation we collect a design fee for custom gifting projects or a deposit for gift catalog orders. Design fees and deposits are applied to the final invoice and overall gifting cost.
Step Three
Design Review (Custom Only)
We present a design and you provide feedback once you sign off on the design and submit a payment for 50% of the total project cost we start ordering and assembling.
Step Four
Addresses and Custom Notes
Provide us the addresses for your gift recipients as well as the custom note you would like, we can help write a special note for your recipients!
Step Five
Assembly & Shipment
We take it from here and ensure all your gifts arrive on time! Final payment with at cost shipping is due prior to shipment.
